The maximum expression of fear manifests itself as terror, paralysis, shock and / or non-movement ... recovering movement, awaken to reality, awaken to the experience of your BEING.

Our Essence does not share the limits or the destiny of Mind, Body and World. Are we Asleep thinking that we are awake? What does it mean to be awake? Reality VS Illusion. Fear VS Love.

Second day topics:

Are you what you perceive or are you the conscious awareness of what you perceive? Know the three spheres of consciousness. What are the 3 signs of being awake? Perceived Problem: * An unfulfilled Wish, * A relationship that disturbs you, * A physical pain, * An unresolved financial situation, * Or what is there at the moment. What disturbs you is not what it appears to be. The goal of holotropic breathing is to provide you with a transformative experience of a transcendental nature that can take you beyond time and space into the Dimension of your SELF. Can you let go of wanting to resolve, correct, understand? The opposite of resistance is Welcome. Wake up to the Reality of what you think is a problem. Note the Consciousness.
